hey, my name is Natalia
— a fast learner, an analytical thinker, and a firm believer in working smart > working hard.
I found my direction by trying a lot of different things. In hospitality alone, I worked my way through almost every type of role, from housekeeping to general management, before realizing it was not the industry for me. Still, it taught me how to read people, earn their trust, adapt quickly, and solve problems on the spot.
University gave me a broader understanding of business, economics, internationalization, and how companies operate. Trading taught me crypto, risk, psychology, and how people behave under pressure.
I also spent most of my teenage years online, so understanding what catches attention has always come naturally to me. In an economy where attention is everything, knowing what to say, how to position it, and when to say it matters. That instinct eventually led me into partnerships, venture capital, social media, and marketing.
I like to vibe-code and build small tools & apps that make my work easier, solve problems I keep running into, or simply exist because I thought they would be fun to create. I use AI wherever it can improve or speed up my workflow, from research and strategy to writing, automation, design, image generation, and video. I’m comfortable experimenting with new tools quickly and turning them into something genuinely useful rather than using AI just for the sake of it.
Authenticity and genuine self-expression are also important to me, both personally and professionally. I believe real growth comes from understanding who you are rather than constantly trying to imitate what already exists. I bring that same mindset into my work by approaching projects with fresh eyes, asking questions, and developing a distinct point of view. I’m not interested in copying other brands or creators, unless it is a carefully chosen trend that can be adapted in a relevant, tasteful, and original way.
My life has never stayed in one place either. I grew up in Serbia, moved to Slovenia at 18 to pursue university, later lived and worked in Montenegro, spent an exchange semester in Barcelona, and eventually lived in Amsterdam. Each move taught me how to adapt quickly, understand different people and cultures, and become comfortable starting from zero.
I’m already looking forward to the next adventure, which is one of the reasons I love working online. It gives me the freedom to keep moving, exploring, and building without being tied to one place.
I consider myself a jack of all trades. My interests are broad, but that is also my advantage: I can understand different industries, audiences, and perspectives quickly, then connect them in ways that more specialized thinkers sometimes miss.
Basically, I learn fast, adapt faster, and rarely stay in just one lane or one country.
